I also think about how easy it is to track a parcel once it ships. If many different people say the same thing about a product, it is worth paying attention. From my experience, communication with the store can tell you a lot. I also pay attention to return policy and customer service response time. When it comes to eyewear, the small details really matter over time. I try to look for real photos of the insoles and soles, not only the outside of the shoe.

Some care only about style, others focus on comfort and durability. If they reply politely and give detailed answers, I feel more relaxed. For example, I compared cotton, polyester and mixed fabrics for similar clothing items. I have learned to avoid items that look extremely different in every product photo. I do not trust only the star rating, I like to see detailed photos and longer comments.
